Veritas Capital acquired CAES Space Systems company on January 9, 2023. Due to this acquisition, the company is rebranded Frontgrade Technologies. CAES Space Systems Company, formerly Cobham Advanced Electronics Solutions, is a US technology company providing electronic solutions for the space and defense industry.
