ESCC 22500: GUIDELINES FOR DISPLACEMENT DAMAGE IRRADIATION TESTING

The first issue of ESCC Basic Specification number 22500 (GUIDELINES FOR DISPLACEMENT DAMAGE IRRADIATION TESTING) has been published on ESCIES.

This publication complements, in terms of  irradiation testing, to the already existing about Total Ionization Dose (ESCC Basic Specification No. 22900: TOTAL DOSE STEADY-STATE IRRADIATION TEST METHOD currently in Issue 5) and Single Event effects (ESCC Basic Specification No. 25100: SINGLE EVENT EFFECTS TEST METHOD AND GUIDELINES currently in Issue 2)
