My doEEEt is a self-service digital tool developed by Alter Technology that allows an optimal follow-up of the purchase orders. It shows information related to the procurement and testing activities, such as delivery dates, documentation, financial details, and shipment information.
The main navigation panel displays four tabs to browse through the procurement-related information:
- Procurement: the user can find their POs and the related information for each item, including the latest updates on the delivery date.
- Shipments: the packing slips can be visualized and downloaded in this section. Additionally, the tracking information is displayed.
- Invoices: financial information and commercial invoices can be visualized and downloaded in this section.
- Documentation: the technical documentation related to a certain item from manufacturer CoC to test reports can be downloaded.
There are multiple filtering options for an accurate browsing experience.
