Parts were tested at low and high dose rate-under biased and unbiased conditions. All irradiations were followed by a 168-hour biased anneal at +100°C. Several rejects were encountered after the 150krad(Si) low dose rate irradiation and subsequent anneal, for both the biased and unbiased cases.
