The ISL71091SEHxx showed good performance over low and high dose rate irradiation. All samples passed the post-irradiation specifications at the total dose levels specified in the SMD. We observed some dose rate sensitivity and bias sensitivity in the critical output voltage parameter and the part is considered moderately low dose rate sensitive.
