210322 The SemeFab IS295 die has been qualified as a second option for the currently used BiCMOS QSPVS Photovoltaic Detector.
General data
The MFR performed a internal qualification in accordance with MIL-PRF-38534 Element Evaluation. Testing was performed per MIL-STD-750. No form, fit or function will be affected. This change will not affect reliability, quality or safety.
