STMicroelectronics (France) has seen a revision in their certificate 303Frev2. This revision includes the addition of two N-channel MOSFETs with SnPb finish:

The certificate also encompasses other N-channel MOSFET types such as STRH100N10, STRH40N6, STRH100N6, STRH8N10, and STRHMF16N20. The inclusion of these variants expands the range of qualified components available, providing more options for engineers and designers in the aerospace industry.

Editorial Updates

Exens Solutions (France) – 225K

Another update in Edition 250 is the editorial change concerning Exens Solutions (France). The manufacturing site for Exens Solutions has been updated to Les Ulis. Additionally, each packaged diode’s stand-alone (die) version has now been included in the qualified range. This certificate covers RF Diodes based on types DH2XX and EH2XX, DH50XXX and EH50XXX, DH76XXX and EH76XXX
