The changes in issue 230 of ESCC QUALIFIED PART LIST (QPL) are included in the DCR 1517 and detailed here in below:

New:

  • Certificate 382 from NanoXplore (France). This certificate lists NX1H35AS Radiation Hardened NG-MEDIUM FPGA based on 65nm STM C65-SPACE process technology, included in the detail specification ESCC 9304/010. The qualified version is available in CQFP-352 and CLGA-625 packages, and it is radiation tolerant, with TID up to 30krad(Si) and SEL up to 60MeV cm2/mg. A plastic version and other screening levels are also available; find them at doEEEt; use the Quality Level parameter in the filter area.

Extension (the validity date of the certificate is extended, and the scope is not changed, which means no new components are included):

  • Certificate 364A from Flux (Denmark). This certificate lists Custom inductors, Chokes and Transformers included in the detail specification ESCC 3201/013. In addition to Flux ESA qualified devices, we have other screening levels possibilities; check it out in doEEEt!

Extension with re-scope (the validity date of the certificate and the scope is extended):

  • Certificate 68R, 350B from Radiall (France). These certificates list RF Coaxial connectors based on types SMA and TNC-VHP. Radiall has reported that all of its space-qualified connectors manufactured in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier have been moved to the Voreppe plant near Grenoble.

Revision with re-scope (the validity date of the certificate is not changed, and the scope is extended):

Editorial:

  • Certificate 250K from Smiths Interconnect (France). This certificate lists Rectangular connectors based on types MHD, included in the detail specifications ESCC 3401/065.
