PCN180924 Qualification of a new subcontractor location for seam seal of hermetic packages (OLF 8 pin Flat Pack).
General data
All OLF optocouplers have previously been sealed at a subcontractor TOCC in Taiwan. The new subcontractor is Golden Altos, 402 South Hillview Drive, Milpitas, CA 95035. Golden Altos was established in 1984 and started their hermetic assembly/packaging operation in 1991. They were DLA certified as a Space Level QML Assembly and Test Facility in 2006. All OLF lots currently in process will be sealed at Golden Altos. No future (OLF) lots will be sealed at TOCC.
