G3LV2-TRP-0010-SPH/RSA Radiation Test Report Heavy Ions for SY1007 and SY1007C

The radiation hardness against heavy ions of the SY1007 and SY1017C has been tested with very good results in December 2006 (see [RD9]). This new test session was performed on 14 February 2013 as a complement for the first test run in the direction of higher energies and to confirm the measured latch-up behaviour also at high temperature. The tests was performed at the particle accelerator of the University of Jyväskylä, Depart- ment of Physics, Jyväskylä, Finland. The test session was prepared and carried out by Saphyrion and RUAG personnel.
