New Generation of Rad-hard Schottky & Rectifiers Diodes for Space

STMicroelectronics has announced a new generation of Schottky and Rectifiers diodes into his space products. They are available in different hermetic packages and ESCC qualified.
Power Schottky diodes
150V Schottky diodes housed in SMD.5 or TO-254AA packages available in 40A, 60A and 80A versions. They are included in the detail specification ESCC 5106/023 and is now ESCC qualified under the certificate 272 of the ESCC QPL (Qualified Part List). Devices with SMD.5 package are SEB (Single Effect Burnout) immune up to 60 MeV.Cm2/mg.

Fast recovery rectifiers
200V and 400V fast recovery rectifiers available in TO-254AA package for 40A version and SMD1 package for 60A. They are ESCC qualified under the certificate 274 and included in the detail specification ESCC 5103/032 and ESCC 5103/033.
