Issue 229 of ESCC QUALIFIED PART LIST (QPL)

The changes in issue 229 of ESCC QUALIFIED PART LIST (QPL) are included in the DCR 1516 and detailed herein below:
Extension (the validity date of the certificate is extended, and the scope is not changed, which means no new components are included):
- Certificate 07U from Draka Fileca (France). This certificate lists Low-Frequency Cables based on types FA3901-1 and FA3901-2, included in the detail specifications ESCC 3901/001 and ESCC 3901/002.
- Certificate 98K from REL-STPI (France). This certificate lists Electromagnetic Latching Relays based on type EL415, included in the detail specification ESCC 3602/004.
- Certificate 283Grev1 from Radiall (France). This certificate lists RF Coaxial Connectors based on type SMA 2.92, included in the detail specifications ESCC 3402/021, ESCC 3402/022, and ESCC 3402/023. Parts from the new Radiall manufacturing plant in Voreppe have been included in this revision.
Removal:
- Certificate 310D from Leach Sarralbe (France) has been removed. Qualification for M302 relays has been suspended. NCCS 2CLEA has been opened and is being investigated. A new qualification, as well as a new design, is expected.
Remark:
- Certificate 184P from IRCA RICA Division (Italy). This certificate lists Flexible Heaters included in the detail specification ESCC 4009/002. Comments have been added. RICA anticipates a 6-month delay in manufacturing heaters with dimensions equal to or more than 15000mm2 compared to the customers’ estimated delivery date. NCCS 2ERIC21 has been opened and is being investigated.
