A 14-bit, 1MSPS SAR ADC delivering 82.1dB SNR at only 60mW power consumption.

  • Linearity: ±0.2 LSB DNL, ±0.5 LSB INL 
  • Low Noise: 82.1dB SNR

        An 8-channel ADC with integrated PGA and 83dBFS SNR.

        • Throughput: 900kSPS (no PGA), 480kSPS (with PGA) 
        • Linearity: ±0.5 LSB DNL, ±1.5 LSB INL 
        • PGA Gain: Steps from 1 to 16 
        • Low Power: 90mW active, 115μW in power-down 
        • Radiation Hardness: 75krad(Si) TID, SEE (LET = 86 MeV·cm²/mg)

            An advanced 8-channel ADC with radiation-tolerant plastic packaging for cost-sensitive space-grade designs.

            • Integrated PGA: Gains 1–16
            • Noise: 83.2dBFS (PGA bypassed), 77dBFS (PGA gain 2)
