ESCC 3009-Equivalent Capacitors (Screening Level: D3009)
These capacitors follow the ESCC 3009 screening logic and are available under the screening level D3009, suitable for applications requiring high assurance and space-grade robustness.

- Voltage range: 10 V to 5 kV
- Case size: 0402 to 4040
- Capacitance from: 1pF to 22uF
- Tolerances: ±0.25pF, ±0.5pF, ±1% to ±20%
- Dielectrics: NP0, N2200, X7R
- Includes ESCC-equivalent reference in the Part Type for direct cross-search.
Class 1 COTS+ Capacitors (Screening Level: COTS1)
These components are screened following ECSS-Q-ST-60-13C Rev.1 and included under the COTS1 screening level. They provide enhanced reliability over standard commercial MLCCs at an attractive cost and availability.

- Voltage range: 6.3 V to 2 kV
- Case size: 0201 to 2220
- Capacitance from: 0.1pF to 47uF
- Tolerances: ±0.05pF, ±0.1pF, ±0.25pF, ±0.5pF, ±2% to ±10%
- Dielectrics: NP0, X7R
Screening Levels: D3009 & COTS1
Both screening levels correspond to enhanced assurance flows suitable for space-grade or COTS+ missions.
Each flow includes a combination of burn-in, electrical characterization, lot-based inspections, environmental checks, and LAT steps.
